Flo Russell, long time political activist who joined the Communist Party of
Australia in the 1930s and was later elected to the central committee in
the 1950s, who was also a founding member of the Communist Party of
Australia (Marxist Leninist), has died in Melbourne in March 2002, aged 91
A meeting to organise a benefit and public meeting in
support of the Skilled 6 is to be held on Monday 17
June 2002 at 5pm at the John Curtin Hotel in Lygon
Street, Carlton.
