Mix it with a slow set Zap-a-gap type adhesive?
Pour it into a mould, either more discs or into a tube then you have a
cylinder to turn without needing to assemble them in sections?

Appx. 4 hrs. to process the bone. So the timing is not all that bad.(I am
getting quicker as My skills improve on this process.)
But If I wanted a smaller batch, I could do enough for two handlesin and hour
(depending on the size and quality of the bone being processed.)

Bone is a cool medium. At this point I'd rather own one than make one.
