Boyd, I assume that you mean Version 7.0.0.97 as .98 has not been released (if there is one somewhere!) I have just tested the search as you described and it returned 325 records. The Sources date back to some created under V4. I regret that I cannot think as to why you are not getting a

The SearchMissing sources is a very useful list that I have not yet used and just tried. When I select Anything it provides a list of individuals but not (I think) which sources are actually missing. To find the actual missing sources would I need to search by each subset individually or is

Hi Sue, It is not very clear just what you want but Legacy 7 cannot convert basic source to sourcewriter. You need a separate program. The best and cheapest is ltools which is designed for Legacy. MS Access is next choice. Open Office (actually cheapest - free) should also work but someone else
