Whoa! It is not negligence nor is it false advertising. Legacy can and does
create PDFs. Since the capability already exists in Legacy, I suspect the
concept of updating to a newer/better generator is greatly overshadowed by
many other requests for added features and bug-swatting existing ones.

from a specific address sent directly to that subfolder. That way they don't
