How to merge a basic source into Source Writer source using Access. In L7 after vers. 55 sources to be merged must have the same source template ID, (tblSR.TemplateID). Basic TemplateID = 0 and ESM source template IDs are positive integers. Using Access we can manually change a basic TemplateID

You can actually divide a large screen into two smaller ones using the free Acer Gridvista http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/Acer-Gridvista.shtml This allows you to run two applications 'maximised' without juggling the overlaps. But you do need to have a large screen to start

FWIW, I gave up on Legacy's charting quite some time ago. I now use FamilyTree SuperTools v2 ( http://www.whollygenes.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?screen=FTST ) from the makers of TMG. It works much much better, allows coloring and sort of great things. It cane even import Legacy files

Margaret, In the FGS Report Options Sources Tab look in the left hand column. Is there a check mark on the option to combine multiple sources into a single paragraph? Turn off that option and you should find that the options to print source pictures will become available. Brian Customer
