I signed up for a account of FamilySearch.org and when I try to sign in
to it in Legacy it gives me an error. Do I need a different type of
account or will it be fixed in 7.5?

Did you sign up for FamilySearch.org or newFamilySearch.org? There is a
difference. Did you register from the login in in Legacy FamilySearch?
The account is set by newFamilySearch, Legacy just accesses it.
