Have you looked at the Event Report?
Reports Ribbon - Other Reports - Event Report.
It has a lot of options and can be used to give a full report just one
event type.

Pat, I could not reproduce these problems. I could enter 884,566 (I don't
have marriages 1884 6566) and it produced a report (a very short one... these
aren't in my direct lines). Further, the Last Report (which I only have on
My Toolbar took me right back to the Multiple Lines of Descent

I use LTools and I use a COPY of my Legacy Database and run this SQL;
UPDATE tblIR SET UserRef = tblIR.BirthSD WHERE BirthSD 0
Which sets the UserRef field to be equal to what is in Legacys Birth Sort
date field. (except when there is no date in the field)
Then I open that copied
Export your dates in the format -MM-DD. Import to the spreadsheet. Create
an extra column in the spreadsheet and enter the following formula in the first
row:
=IF(ISNUMBER(A1), TEXT(A1,-MM-DD), A1)

Can you give examples from the report? This would give some indication
of where it may be coming from.
The obvious is to check that they don't actually have an occupation
event (or whatever you called it).

Go to View Master Lists Events
Select Employed (or whatever the correct event name is)
Click on Show List (of Persons)
delete that event form the persons you want it removed from.
