We have a list of user groups here:

groups listed from England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Nor did
I see anything in the list of places where someone is interested in
forming a new group. You have already followed one

If you just created it it is not on the web unless you uploaded it to a site.
All it has done is created the webpages on your site and you have to view them
on your local computer with internet browser. The only time they will be on the
actual internet is if you uploaded them there.
