Roxanne,
The processor is an Intel i3-6100T 3.20 GHZ
The RAM is 8 GB.
I had kept the monitor from my old computer (ACER monitor) as well as the
cable that connected it to the old computer. The All-in-One had the
capability to connect that monitor.

Hi Roberta. Do you know what your processor and ram are?
Thank so much! Did you buy it all built or did you add the extra monitor
later?

Hi Marion,
It's such a shame that your conversations have been 'far from fruitful'. You
said 'in the past' - have you tried more recently.
I can only say that I'm impressed with My Heritage and their purchase of
LegacyFamilyTree. I have been a user of both for many years and really can't
I don't know if all all-in-one computers support 2 monitors but mine does
(it's an Acer).

Hi---
I’m interested in putting a little more division between life events that show
on my website. Now, they pretty much all run together in a column with only a
very small dot to divide them.
When creating the website, I did choose the “number events,” but it does not
work. It still
Hi Roxanne
Legacy’s requirements for CPU and memory is minimal, so any
current PC will do the job. If you get a PC with multiple display ports on the
motherboard you should not need a graphics card, unless you actually need one –
games, photo, video or audio editing, CAD
Hello! I am new to the forum. Q: I plan to move fr on laptop to dual
monitor all in one desktop soon. Has the group arrived on any consensus
regarding best hardware and system requirements? Or would a tower be
preferable? I am set on the Intel I7 processor. What do you feel is

Sadly my conversations with My Heritage in the past have been protracted
and far from fruitful - they were more interested in trying to sell me
anything rather than give me information, causing me to believe that they
were being less than frank and helpful and I decided then not to contact
them
Pursuant to your point, have you made any effort to contact the folks at My
Heritage to discuss your concerns with them? There have been numerous posts by
folks who have taken the time and effort to contact My Heritage. Thus far,
they have all reported favorable results.

That is my point - it is stated in the email - but not in the agreement to
purchase contract - there is a difference

I did the same thing - I have been a MyHeritage customer for a few years - I
just called and they gave me the same offer with no new email or new name - as
Vivian said ‘it was easy and they were as nice as pie’.

If I might add to this thread, and I mean this kindly, we have discovered
locally that some people are unaware that they need to scroll down to see
what is at the bottom of the page that appears on their screen.
By scroll I mean using the wheel in the middle of the mouse, or on a tablet

And your email was so rude telling others to check their facts!! When it
was you (or your email program) that was the problem!!
