Ah - that explains it - the offer to existing MyHeritage Subs ended 10
September - it wasn't long after they sent out the offer - I read it carefully
and made sure I responded in time.

or 9/11. She checked and said the deal for existing MyHeritage had expired.
So I told her to cancel my subscription and refund the remaining balance -

Why did you have to cancel it? MyHeritage were offering an arrangement for
existing users - once you sent them your MyHeritage logon email they ring you
back and sort it.
