I know people mostly complaining when something goes wrong (including me) but
this time I want to thank for the update, even if it took a while, but finally
the descendants report shows again the parents of spouses. It was missing after
the previous update in August (?) 2021. I had to print a
That’s why I always put the full name in the aka field, not only the different
first or last name but also the one that’s the same. Like Tom Douglass I would
also put Thomas Douglass, and Tom Douglas and Thomas Douglass if I want to
cover all versions.

I know this was mentioned before. If I remember right, in the last
update to Version 9 (*9.0.0.393) *which came in August 2021, there was a
bug introduced that prevented several reports (for sure the descendant
report) to add parents to spouses and children. I believe we waited

What I enter into a name field where I don’t know the last, first or both names
is an underscore (5x). Like that it shows up in reports with the underscore and
people can write the missing name if they know them.

These temporary files (usually .bmp files) are created by Legacy when you do
some reports that include pictures. But these file stay even when you shut down

make any changes, the file date will change to the current
date and time. And that's the way the modified date works.

look the same. There is just no way to do that. So I don't think you are
fair to accuse Legacy for not being interested to create a web application.

Maybe the ZIP-file with the Legacy information would have brought you
over the limit of your Dropbox account.
Just a thought
