I don't think there is any setting that could cause this.
Does it persist when Legacy is closed and reopened?
When Legacy window is Maximised and then run half screen or something?

Thank you for your feedback. Little bit disappointed but I have decided on a
work around. For the purpose of printing I will change the gender of the wife
and husband, save as PDF and use adobe acrobat to edit the text. At least the
printed form will be my preferred option. This will then
