I know how to include (Regular) Event Notes in the Chronology Pages. But what
box do I need to tick to include Shared Event Notes in the Chronology Pages?
I'm sure it's staring right at me, but I'm not having any luck locating it.
Thanks!

I just found a typo I made in transcribing a document (in the citation text)
and I would like to use the search and replace feature to correct it.
I have it set up like this:
Find where: Citation-text
Find what: Gaut
Replacement text: Galt
How to Find : find whole word only

I just transcribed a source into the Detail Text box. The first sentence has an
indent (which I included), but as soon as I save the source the text becomes
flush with the left margin. It only seems to happen in the first line. I will
report the issue, but wanted to be sure it wasn't just me or
I tested it in the other boxes, and the indent is also lost on the Master Text
and Master Comments, but the Detail Comments keeps the indent.
Thanks,

I just enter a blank line before any text in those boxes and then it
appears as I want. That is how Geoff does it in his book.

I also just noticed the newspaper title is not italicized in the SourceWriter:
Newspapers Online Archives (issued by the publisher) template, but it is
italicized in both the microfilm and unrelated content provider template.
True, this can be fixed by italicizing the title as you input it,

Attaching my research steps as a Word document would allow the use of tables,
etc. when I'm trying to compare information. I'll steal that idea. :)
Adding to your idea I created a folder called Research Notes in the Media
.? Where does one go to create the folder. Then how do you
tell it to go to that folder? Sorry to be rather dense about it all.

Hi Sherry and Michele:
Leo's question about dates has me thinking, and I'm curious about your answers.
For the example below:
Name: Bob Smith
Born: December 1, 2013
Father: John Smith
Occupation: Farmer
Residence: Toronto, Ontario
Registered by John Smith / Father
Date Registered: December
This is not a criticism, just a question.
Since Legacy can read PDFs, why do we only get to see the standard document
clipart in Source Media, instead of a smaller version of the document like we
can with jpgs and other pictures?
Just curious,
Thanks!
