yeah i used Gmail thru Thunderbird. Had a problem reciving emails form
LUG but that's all Ok. i used thunderbird to send and receive, thru the
gmail server i only ever go to my gmail account if i have to delete
stuff for more room but that's it.

I use Thunderbird and gmail to access this list and have never received
warnings or spam on your messages. Do not post so unaware if my messages
