i.e. from male to female? I know this is very different, but I do have a
relative that did exactly that!
Also, how to record a person that has legally changed their name? For
instance, being born a Smith and then legally changing their name to Jones
(not a name change through marriage).
I would have them in my database as the sex they were born. I would put the
name change and the sex change as an event or in the notes.
