family pictures (now with ACDSee) for almost 20 years. It gives me a lot
of comfort knowing that Carbonite updates files as I work through the

a good reason to have DropBox's extended storage for a fee in addition to

Many users have multiple backups. The legacy cloud option was one choice
but only captured the tree and not the media files. And now it is going
away.
My suggestion is
FROM THE STAFF:
We are aware that there is a problem with the Legacy Cloud back up. The cloud
back up is only an additional layer of protection to your normal back up
practices. For now back up in your normal way and we will be working on getting
the Legacy Cloud up and running
