Try this instead:  Place the Legacy window on the upper left corner of your monitor screen, then put your mouse cursor on the right-hand edge of the Legacy window to get the double arrow Icon.  Now VERY quickly drag the Icon across the screen to a place near the right hand edge of the screen

This is a pain and seems to happen randomly. If we could pinpoint what causes it, it would be easier to fix. I can go days without it and then encounter it several times in the same day without any change in what other programs are running on the computer. For some Legacy window sizes issues,
