HTML is no longer banned on LUG, as Sherry mentioned yesterday. However, a
number of experienced users have set their email client up to read TXT only,
and if one wishes to have them read one's post then it is necessary to post
in TXT.

Unfortunately, the Powers To Be can't figure out how to block HTML, so they
made the decision that the safety of the LUG subscribers was not important.
In their infinite lack of wisdom, they now permit HTML.

Well, I guess
You don't need to get this information from the LUG list. What's
happening with Legacy is always available on the Legacy website. Just
click on the large icon that says Family Search Certified for
information on this feature as well as several videos on using it.
There's even an email list
Any idea what I might have done to ruin the links to My Picture file. Legacy
printed out a list of the missing multimedia files, all pictures are on the
list. There must be a way to restore them without going to each one
individually. Suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!

If your pictures *are* in a different path than they were, and you wish to
leave them where they now are, you can do the following:
Go to an individual that has a (missing) picture.
Manually link one picture.
Now Legacy should find *all* pictures that are in that folder.

There is an option to shade the boxes in the report but there is no
option to apply colours to those shaded boxes based on the gender or the
ancestor lines.

I do that, but I used eight colors. What I do is save the list in
text, and import it to Excel, and color the cells to indicate which
one is related to which of my great-grandparents. I can't supply a
graphic example here, but I will try a text example. My list might
look like this:
RED ORANGE
That is true, however, if she has more than one file with the same
name such as graduation.jpg in more than one subdirectory, example:
C:\Legacy\Pictures\Tom\graduation.jpg
C:\Legacy\Pictures\Mary\graduation.jpg
after you link Tom's picture Mary will also go to the same picture.
