Look at the line of connection on the extra "not-related" line? Legacy should show you who is in that line so you can figure out the answer to your question. Usually a not-related connection is via marriages to someone not in your direct line like an in-law or other non-direct line relative.

Our local shop Postal Connections (it's a franchise, so they are everywhere) can print anything up to 3 ft wide and as long as you want. I have printed a large chart with them. Be sure to check your local shop to see the file formats they can deal with. I exported as a PDF and had no problems.
