Hi Valerie, If you are taking about storing all your electronic files for a given person together, I would use the Legacy MRIN number as the key. I created a folder on my computer using the "MRIN husbname - wifename" as the folder name. For example, "12345 JohnBrown-JaneDoe" . Documents that are

Hi Valerie If you are talking about your databases, pick the one you use or update most. Put it in a new Legacy database with a new name so you can distinguish it from the old one. Then you will have to do as you thought and get the information from the online trees one at a time and merge
