This is *not* a problem with Legacy itself, but with the video not running correctly in a browser. Why it works for some but not others, I don't know. It could be a settings issue. I would suggest that if you have any problems with the browser you're using, whether it be Chrome, Opera, FireFox or

There is actually an issue with Chrome and Flash. Our webinar videos use Flash technology. In a recent update, Chrome/Google changed how they handle Flash files, which affects lots of videos, not just ours. If you experience issues while (whilst for my overseas friends) trying to view a webinar

What I would suggest is copy the entire Legacy folder from your old computer onto a USB key or external hard-drive. The one at C:\Legacy. Then go to your new computer and copy the entire folder to C:\ which is probably where it is (check!) so it overwrites your new installation of Legacy. That

I uninstalled Chrome but the problem is still there. If I could figure out how to backup my registry, I would use regedit and try get rid of all the pieces left. Otherwise I'll go back a week or so and try a system restore - sure hope that's the problem if I do that since I'll have to remember

No - you don't want to do that. Copy the .USR files from the c:\Legacy folder from the old computer to the new one, but do not copy the entire program folder over it. That could cause all sorts of problems, esp with uninstalling Programs must be installed on a computer, not just copied over.
