Gloria, These paths are both showing an fdb file inside a Zip folder. Do not open files from within zips. Do not use your backups unless you have an emergency. Temp folders are emptied by various different processes. If you ever notice your file is in a temp folder again (on the Legacy Title

Hi Cathy and Gail, I wondered about the file name. I open Legacy using the Legacy icon in my task bar at the bottom of my Windows 10 computer. Before I tried your suggestions Cathy, my file name was Legacy - [C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\TEMP2_~1.zip\FamilyTree.fdb] I did that File -
