[LegacyUG] Creating an Index List

I came from using the PAF program where I could create an Index of everyone in my data base where I could have columns: RIN, Surname, Given name, Birth Date, Death Date, Father, Mother and Spouse. It was done in Alphabetical order. Is there any way to do this in Legacy? I have been trying all
