Honestly, I never generate married names for women. If I find a Mrs. Somebody Surname, I create an individual with just a surname as her husband. I also choose the most common or most correct form of a surname to use for the whole family. In most records in the US my family shows up as

I see a couple of issues in your question: 1. women who do not take their husband's last name upon marriage 2. people who have multiple variations of spelling of last name. When I run into these questions, I have to ask myself what the point is of recording the information and how to record
