Hi Kathy, It seems to me that as you suspect the problem is that your database is corrupted as a consequence of the download problem. Run Time Error 380 is a Microsoft error number which often crops up when a program is loading and the OS cannot find what it is looking for. On a brighter

Update - when I clicked on the next source, Bristish Shipping Records, the font was nice and large. When I clicked back on Biographies, the text was now large. But I closed research guidance and reopened it, the font remained tiny in Biographies. Seems like a bug. But I have the workaround, now.
