When I called they told me that it was only for new subscribers. I
explained some of the messages on this board but he said there were only 10
reps and no one was giving the

So I told her to cancel my subscription and refund the remaining balance -

September - it wasn't long after they sent out the offer - I read it carefully
and made sure I responded in time.

Why did you have to cancel it? MyHeritage were offering an arrangement for
existing users - once you sent them your MyHeritage logon email they ring you
back and sort it.

also got a refund for the

to use that to find if they have records/collections of interest to you.
