[LegacyUG] deleting zip files in Data folder

I am cleaning up files on my computer and see a lot of .zip files in my Legacy Family Tree>Data subfolder.  Many of them are named by the file, date and time and "media-zip".  Is there any reason I should save these files?  I am assuming zip files can be deleted but want to be sure.  Thank

Zip files contain backups of your family file and media. You should have some backup plan for your data and media and which .zip files you retain should conform to that plan. Where you keep backups is also important, some should be on your hard drive for immediate access, some on removable

[LegacyUG] Numbers after Names

I have printed an Individual Report and there is an 8 digit number after the individuals name. I have checked customizable options at 8.2 and nothing is checked there. Is there someplace else I need to check to turn off the numbers after name on reports? Thanks, Rita ---

Section 8.2 only controls numbers after names when viewing your data on the screen. There are report settings which control numbers included in the reports. Check the Individual Report > Report Options > include Tab. Since you are seeing 8 digit numbers I suspect that you have Find A Grave
