Hello, Great advice Gene to everyone. I am from New Zealand and use ' xtra.co.nz'. When the first email came through, on I think it was 10 Oct., I sensed it was 'Spam', didn't open and next morning with more coming in knew it was spam so immediately went and moved them to my 'Spam' folder

If you're using Gmail, look for the "Search mail" link at the top of the page. Click the drop down at the far right of the link. That's where you can create a filter. Enter whatever terms you want to filter on (I placed " a6862...@opayq.com" in the "From" box) then hit the "create filter" link,
