Are startup scripts worth doing?

The startup branch contains implements #740 : "execute leo_startup.py on startup". However, I have serious doubts that this enhancement is actually worth doing. It smacks of featuritis.

#871: @string qt-toolbar-location

Somehow this setting seems not to be well known. In fact, Leo has supported @string qt-toolbar-location for a long time. So #871 was already complete. Rev f99a83e
