We think that the Digital First Aid Kit
(https://www.digitaldefenders.org/digitalfirstaid/) is a pretty good
public resource and it includes a section on account hijacking.
It is certainly the sort of general resource that people can be sent to
when dealing with this type of incident.
Daniel, if you guys have advice about account recovery when mischief
has happened, I'd love to be able to point to it in the future.

trying to recover on some of these services. Apple's iCloud tends to
