In all of our makefiles we've hardcoded a libtool call for Darwin (OSX). Unfortunately, when using IPO optimization with the Intel compiler you need to call "xilibtool" for OSX... So... we have a couple of options. We could read a $LIBTOOL environment variable in the makefiles. We could d
