Adding 52392 - Biliography database is screwed. New entries to bibliography
database cause random illegible data to be written to unfilled fields which
then display both in the table

In LO 3.6.3 rc1 Linux 32bit, I can see entries for Python, Basic, Beanshell and
Javascript, and the Python scripts work.

Note that the horizontal sort issue is a DUP of Bug 55967
However, that bug is still present for me in 3.6.3 rc1.
