Hi,
The bug shows up with XLSX files but not ODS files. I don't have access to XLS
files.
Opening in safe mode and saving still shows the error when opening the file in
Excel.

Is this happening with one specific file? Or is this happening with every file?
Is this happening with XLSX only? What about XLS? What about ODS?
Please test:
1. Calc > menu Help > Restart in Safe mode.
