Hello Stéphane,
No, it was the same version of LibreOffice. The only thing I changed was X11 to
Wayland, and than back to X11 again. Logging in with Wayland: crash. Logging in
with X11: no crash.

I really don't know what happened, but it looks like it is solved.
Just for information I'll tell what I did (or actually: not did...)
1) removed libreOffice completely.
2) removed the PPA with

I did one other test, because I thought it's strange a file changes because of
only pressing ^C.
I made again a file with just the word 'huis', without copying or anything, and
saved it.

It happens in safe-mode too.
What I forgot: even if I only copy (without pasting or anything) the file
changes to 'edited'. That's new too. This happens even if I copy only one time.

I can see the bookmarks in your file, but I'm not able to reproduce it from
scratch.
Have you tested in Safe mode?
Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode.

I'm not an experienced bug hunter, but maybe this helps.
I removed the empty paragraph at the end like like m. a. riosy did. That solved
