on both pc-s, there is no Java jre registered. Both pc-s have the latest
version of Windows 10 64b and identical sub versions.

Additional info:
When hanging, performance monitor reports that L-o uses no cpu and has no disk
access as well as the process is in 'not responding' mode. Also, my kill works
directly.
