The content is taken from 1.ods and linked to 2.odt. MANUALLY inserted DDE link fails to update when file is reopened. What works: Link pasted by Paste Special - DDE link. What does not work: DDE link that was inserted manually: Insert - Fields - Other - Variables tab - DDE field type. This one works only until you close the file. When you reopen it, the field shows saved content from previous time and does not update itself on changes anymore. If you try to edit the field parameters by double-clicking, it shows: Not available as status. Latest known-working version: 4.1.5.3 Attached you can find two files. The content is taken from 1.ods and linked to 2.odt. DDE link was modified to work with relative path. Ways to make it work until file is closed: - #1: modify the link by retyping all its parameters (Application, File, Category). When done the field updates its content and works until you close the file. - #2: modify the link, but leave all the parameters as is, without retyping them, just put the cursor after Sheet1.A1 in Category and hit DELETE on your keyboard. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 77439] Changes for #77300 #75741 result in very slow changes to range names
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77439 --- Comment #24 from t...@tim-passingham.co.uk --- I copied all the sheets to a new ods, recreated all the pivot tables (since they did not copy over). Many references were now links to the original as a result, so I changed all those to be local to the new file. The problem has now gone away. So something in the sheet (and its derivative which I sent to Koshei) was causing delays in some, but not all environments. Since no one else seems to be able to reproduce this, I of course accept that whatever the problem is, it is unlikely to be resolved, and will probably never happen to anyone else, since it may be that the sheet itself is corrupt in some way. I've therefore closed this report as 'not a bug'. I now have a working set of sheets, so am very happy :) Thanks to all who have spent time on this. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 37534] [FORMATTING] Table of Contents does not apply Numbering followed by property
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37534 --- Comment #11 from a3086...@drdrb.net --- Encountering this exact problem using Table of Content index using LO 4.1.5.3 The numbering within the document text looks fine using a tab stop, but the tab stop is not inserted into the Table of Contents. So far unsuccessful with having index ignore numbering in text and use its own numbering which works fine. Rather odd that this bug is apparently around for so long and left unfixed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
