https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105039 Bug ID: 105039 Summary: "Analyze SQL command" help should probably refer to "Filter" and "Sort" form properties, rather than "Content list box" property. Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.2.3.3 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Documentation Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: bridgeportcontrac...@gmail.com Created attachment 130082 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=130082=edit Screen shot of help in question Hi guys, The F1 help returned for the "Analyze SQL command" Form Properties input, refers to "Content list box", but I think it should probably refer to "Filter" and to "Sort" instead. * Here is the help in question returned to me: "Analyze SQL command Specifies whether the SQL statement is to be analyzed by LibreOffice. If set to Yes, you can click the ... button next to the Content list box. This will open a window where you can graphically create a database query. When you close that window, the SQL statement for the created query will be inserted in the Content list box." * I don't see a "Content list box" field in the Form Properties, at least not at the form I'm looking at, which is the LO sample database: Media_without_Macros.odb. * I'm using the "LibreOffice Built in help in English" help installed from http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/5.1.6/deb/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.1.6_Linux_x86-64_deb_helppack_en-US.tar.gz * To get this help to display, I'm either hitting the F1 key, or clicking Menu | Help | LibreOffice Help. * Note: When I change Analyze SQL command from Yes to No, the Filter and Sort inputs are then grayed out, and later un-grayed, when I return this input to Yes. Thanks for the documentation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

In Calc, I selected cells B2:C3 and applied a 5-point border around the group. The program displays the visible border centered over the implicit border around the group, i.e., half inside B2:C3 and half in the horizontally and vertically surrounding cells, i.e., B1:C1, D2:D3, B4:C4, A2:A3. The program does not display the part of the visible border which would fall in the cornerwise adjacent cells, i.e. A1, D1, D4, A4. However, in .pdf export, ... - if the surrounding cells have no border specified, then the border around B2:C3 is complete, even showing "mitred" corners. - if the surrounding cells have border specified, then the border around B2:C3 is rendered as on the screen. I agree that the handling of cornerwise adjacent cells is strange, especially as pdf output differs from the screen rendering. However, I am leaving status UNCONFIRMED, as I am not sure what the correct behaviour would be. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

After some further investigation I found that if I edited the default style and looked under the font effects tab, the font color was set to User, with a black color selected. I don't recall setting this option myself and after switching it back to Default the normal display behavior returns due to all other styles inheriting from the default one. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 105033] New: impossible to set transparent background to a set of table cells painted with different color backgrounds
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105033 Bug ID: 105033 Summary: impossible to set transparent background to a set of table cells painted with different color backgrounds Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.2.2.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: gabriele.bertolu...@gmail.com Description: I opened an ODT file which contains a table. Many cells have a colored background (the colors are multiple), others have transparent background. 1) If I select simultaneously two different colored cells (or a colored one and transparent one) and I try to set them to a transparent background, this command is not successful: nothing happens, no error messages. 2) If I select simultaneously two cells with the same color and I try to set them to a transparent background, it works correctly. 3) If I select simultaneously two different colored cells or two same colored cells and I try to set them to the same background color (no matter if it's one of the colors of the two selected cells or a third color), it works correctly. Steps to Reproduce: The steps are detailed in the bug description. Actual Results: The result is detailed in the bug description (point 1). Expected Results: For point 1, I expected the cells where all set to a transparent background. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I tried LibreOffice in Windows 10 Pro, version 1607 (build 14393.576).
