Dear squeezechart,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today,
LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed
bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this
bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the
details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in
getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information
from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to
RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help
- About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular
meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a
REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your
bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat:
https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa

Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 93583] EDITING formatted text on embedded SVG file displayed incorrectly

2019-06-19 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93583

Dear Sawik,

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 92032] Imported SVG images do not support blur / blurred shapes

2019-06-19 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92032

Dear samtuke,

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';

Warm Regards,
QA Team

condición lógica en la función "si", y si abro un paréntesis en el valor "si

pero se visualiza como si estuviera dentro de la función comparativa, probé con
las funciones "Y" "O" "XOR", no he probado con otras funciones pero asumo
tienen el mismo problema

Steps to Reproduce:

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 112853] Calc doesn't support images in page header or footer

2019-06-19 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=112853

Hello all!

As of today on Version 6.2.4.2 (x64) I don't see the option, and the set as
background options for Calc aren't as good as for Writer as shown in attachment
152298.

There is a clunky albeit workable way to manage image inserting in the header
in Writer by doing a specific position background and manually tweaking the
size in inches of the image but that requires knowing the exact aspect ratio
and doing the math of it or accepting a potentially squished image. Even this
method is not available in Calc at this time. Neither have a simple and
straightforward "Insert picture" option within the header.

Ideal options in my case being the ability to insert an image bound to the
header and scale it to fit the header size while maintaining the aspect ratio.

Current option in Writer is to insert the logo as an area background bitmap and
manually scale it in order to maintain the aspect ratio or auto scale it and
let it get stretched to fill the whole area (which generally looks terrible).
This is clunky but effective eventually.

Current option in Calc is to open Draw and manually edit and rescale the image
itself until it fits the header size you want and then insert it as a
positional background image, then tweak the header size and spacing until both
the image and text you are looking for fit. I only state this here as it is a
possible solution for people who need it urgently, but it's an untenable
process that requires far too much time to do something so simple.

Current option in Excel is open page properties > Header > click insert
picture. This is far better than the two above. If you wish, you can even
insert an additional image, currently not possible in either Calc or Writer to
my knowledge.

Thanks for the tip--that should resolve things for OP, right? They'll then need
to migrate their forms/documents to ODF selecting a supported font (other than
Romas PS) on import.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 126014] New: Crash on & opening recovered file after removing title from long(?) Table Of Contents [EDITING] [FILEOPEN]

2019-06-19 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126014

Bug ID: 126014
Summary: Crash on & opening recovered file after removing title
from long(?) Table Of Contents [EDITING] [FILEOPEN]
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 6.2.4.2 release
  Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: Writer
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: gamem...@hotmail.co.uk

Description:
LibreOffice crashes after removing title from a long Table Of Contents in the
file referenced in the reproduction steps.
The resulting file on recovery also crashes.
I'm not sure of the details.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://20kdc.duckdns.org/Crasher.odt
2. Edit the Table Of Contents index
3. Remove the text from the index's title
4. Confirm - Program will crash.

Actual Results:
Program will crash.
Recovered file should be similar to https://20kdc.duckdns.org/Crasher.odt_0.odt
and this will crash the program too.

Expected Results:
Removal of title from Table Of Contents.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Text contents of file were changed before reporting, but I confirmed the new
file does still have the same effect.
It seems reduction of the size *too much* causes the crash not to happen - if
it doesn't happen, maybe copy/paste some chapters, IDK?

UserProfile reset was performed as going into safe mode, rather than a true
reset - this should be sufficient?

I am assuming that "Use hardware acceleration" means OpenGL is on because the
option you specify on the "checking" page doesn't exist.

Version: 6.2.4.2.0+
Build ID: 6.2.4-1
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.1; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

Arch Linux package in use:
extra/libreoffice-fresh 6.2.4-1 [installed]
LibreOffice branch which contains new features and program enhancements

Backtrace (for a 'opened corrupted file' run):
https://20kdc.duckdns.org/crasher-gdbtrace.log

Valgrind seems to slow things down a *lot* - ask if you can't recreate it

Maybe, because if I open the .DOC in Word 2016 and then save as ODF to .ODT,
opening the new .ODT in LO master/6.4.0alpha0+ I get a reasonable font
replacement for the Roman PS (which shows in italics on the font list).

So is issue with opening the .DOC in the ww8 filter?

If I go to Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> Compatibility and unselect
"Use printer metrics for document formatting" then the document would render
fine.

I think this option is what is LibreOffice to load printer fonts only and the
font sit finds are unusable which causes the text to be invisible and have zero
line heights.

If I revert the above commit then LibreOffice wouldn't load the file at all,
printing in the console "No fonts could be found on the system."

I think there is something about this document causing it to be loaded in
"printer" mode where only printer fonts are available.

If I select "Edit with external tool" in the image context menu, I can scale

libreoffice is scaling it.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126012

Bug ID: 126012
Summary: FOURIER function returns the same values as the input
for 1x2 input data though Polar flag is TRUE
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 6.3.0.0.beta1+
  Hardware: All
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: Calc
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: s...@e06.itscom.net

Description:
FOURIER function returns the same results as the input data if the size of
input is 1x2. It is appropriate for the case Polar=FALSE. But the result should
be changed into polar form if the fourth argument Polar is TRUE.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open s spreadsheet.
2.Input 0 to A1, 1 to B1, and select A2.
3.Open function wizard and choose FOURIER function.
4.Input A1:B1, 1, 0, 1, 0 to the argument forms, press OK.

Actual Results:
0, 1 are displayed at A2, B2.

Expected Results:
1, 1.5707963267949 should displayed at A2, B2. They are the absolute value and
the argument of the result 0+i.

Reproducible: Always

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 126011] New: Maximum header height and maximum footnote height conflict

2019-06-19 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126011

Bug ID: 126011
Summary: Maximum header height and maximum footnote height
conflict
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 6.2.4.2 release
  Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: Writer
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: ormeslii...@gmail.com

Description:
Having set the maximum footnote height to the maximum allowed value and then
enabling headers at maximum allowed height causes the footnotes to not be shown
and span several pages.
This can also update the maximum footnote height to a negative value if margins
are disabled for the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
The below uses centimeters as the measurement units, but the issue reproduces
with other measurement units as well.
1. Open new document
2. Right click the page and select Page...
3. Select the Footnote tab,
4. Enable the Maximum footnote height and set it to 20.36cm
5. Press OK to apply the change and close the dialog
6. Enter some text in the document, highlight it, and select Insert > Footnote
and Endnote > Footnote
7. Add text to the footnote so that it spans to the next page.
8. Right click on the document and select Page...
9. Select the Header tab and tick "Header on"
10. Enter the value 20.06 in the Height field and deselect it to note that the
value is accepted.
11. Click OK to apply the header height change

Actual Results:
The footnote is no longer visible on any of the pages.
The two page document has still changed into 56 page document.

If the margins are now reduced to 1cm and header height increased again to
23.26, the maximum footnote height is translated to -19.21cm.

Expected Results:
Header height cannot be set to a value that conflicts with other already
configured values.
Footnote is displayed unless it has no content.
Footnote height can never be a negative value.
