Note that by accident, the change that caused this (fix for bug 75341) was
undone in the 6.2 release cycle, so 6.2 and later never saw the fix that 6.1.2
had. And now bug 150577 will again get fixed.

I suggest that because this is a fix of a bug, Libreoffice should include a
setting somewhere in Tools, Options, to allow 'Input Required' to be ignored

I have now fixed most of my forms and sub-forms (I think) and attempted to test
as many variations as I can think of. This was non-trivial. I hope not too

I've just downloaded the latest overnight 6.1.4 build as below. The issue is
still present. It was fixed in 6.1.3 as of 5th October, the the fix
