So technically no problem. But huge numbers may crash anyway. Trying with a
very small frame, and this enlarges when the border is too big. We cannot do
the same for pages and I wonder if scenarios

For fo:border the width is not negative, no further constrains. For
svg:stroke-width there are no constrains.
