I now have LibreOffice Impress 6.2.5.2 installed and I am very pleased to say
that Embedded Videos work as they should without any problems. It is such a
relief to have this problem finally fixed.

I now have LibreOffice Impress 6.2.4.2 on Kubuntu 19.10 and the problem with
Embedded Videos is still there. Starting with "SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 soffice"

I checked and it wasn't installed so I installed it and it made no difference.
I also installed all gstreamer1.0-plugins* and that did not have any impact on
this bug.
