In this dialog you could move elements up and down. You could see many listboxes in this dialog, followed by check boxes. And then one field, which is numeric. Click on this numeric field. Press button "move up" for setting this numeric field. You won't need to switch all this tabs manually. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 154385] Form controls: "automatic" order does not work
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154385 --- Comment #6 from shoe...@gmx.de --- Dear Robert, "Set the position for this one field manually in the dialog and all will work well for you." - In most cases that doesn't work, a few times it does. I couldn't find a rule. In my eyes the handling needs to be improved, it is hard to understand. What number do you give to a control between no. 15 and no. 16? I spent hours to get the controls done, sorting 30 times automatically and 5 times manually one by one. > controls create identical names if you copy them > thanks for your advice, but I didn't succeed to select a line and edit the > size of all controls in that line at one time, nor could I select several > controls via CMD key (Mac). > It is hard work to put all controls on exact the same y-position and give > them all the same height. > from user's point of view automatical sorting doesn't hit the expectations. I think you need to work a while with the controls to find all this out. You can close the incident if you think the findings are not bugs. Thanks for trying! You have controls with different height in the same row. So the vertical position of the numeric control isn't the same as of all other controls in the same row. By the way: No problem to mark the whole row and set the height for all controls. But: This is a bugtracker, might be you better ask for help at https://ask.libreoffice.org/c/german/6. You could also write a private mail for help. Set the position for this one field manually in the dialog and all will work well for you. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 154385] Form controls: "automatic" order does not work
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154385 --- Comment #3 from shoe...@gmx.de --- Dear all, thanks for your comments. I renamed all controls. Anywhere it does not work properly. In the attached file _temp1.odt you find on page 1: ZENTRALER Wasserversorgung = control no. 15 0 ZIMMER = no. 23 KÜCHE = no 16 Even after execution of the automatic sort this doesn't change, ZIMMER is skipped when I use the Tab key. There is an issue with the controls if you copy & past them. Some of them are not renamded correctly. In consequence you create a large number of controls with identical names that need to be renamed manually, this can be time consuming. To edit the controls it would help to select them all ant once, for exemple to change the font size. I needed to open them all one by one, it took me an hour.
