Confirmed still a problem with Word 2013 and LO6.3. (It has always looked fine
in the older Word 2003 though).

I think a better description of the bug is this:
When adding a manual column break to a numbered list, a new blank entry is
added.
1. a
2. b
3. c
4. d
5. e
6. f
Becomes (when I want the column to break
