slightly scrolling up and down makes the page breaks to be displayed

Also tested on LibreOffice 5.2.3.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 steps from Description.

It looks like on Windows (and now on Ubuntu) I have also clicked on
bottom-right (at the zoom ruler) the "Multi-page view" icon to display pages
one next to another. So this should be like (2a) step.

Another work-around is after step 5 just switch to some other application with
Alt+Tab key and switch back and blue dashed lines are correctly displayed.
