[Libreoffice-qa] Blocker Bug Reported Against 4 - Windows Custom Install Fails

Hi All, This is an urgent one as we are starting our test week, can someone with Windows see if they can reproduce: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58275 If we can, we'll have to come up with a plan as it may prevent a lot of users from participating in our marathon test week.
