now has a 'Labs' option to make 'Reply to all' the default option,
Reply is the one in the menu. (i.e. the other way around from
*forgot to hit "reply all"

Alrighty! I've updated the code to fix the mentioned problems. It
should now conform to Unix line endings, less than 80 columns, spaces
and not tabs and most importantly build. Tested builds under Kubuntu
and Windows.
