So first release for the year comes with a renumbering, so 4.0.0 should
come soon, usually we target mid january, so I suggest to enter freeze tomorrow

Time flies, I didn't realized we were that close from the end of the month.
So if we want to have 2.3.0 for next Monday I think we should start the freeze
today, possibly tonight.
