This a complimentary gem to libxml-ruby. The idea is that this gem
just enhances and takes one step further what the existing libxml-ruby
API is already doing. If anyone here is currently active on the
libxml-ruby project, maybe they should take a look at it. I believe
its worthy for inclusion
