A collaborators account can be valuable to make handover of
maintainership easier. So thats a reason that doesnt require more than
2 repositories.

And there are more than n=2 repositories,

libxml-ruby
libxslt-ruby
libxml4r
gnome-libxml2 (git mirror)

So,
Enough reasons to have a pool account ?
