Thanks a lot for the info about OpenContent and OSWG. In fact, I'm not so much of a
software guy, and I think these were exactly the people I was looking for.
However, I'm a bit reluctant about OpenContent, particularly when a publisher can
block other paper
). There as well we have a risk of things being monopolized with
all its well-known consequences.
So I took some time over the Christmas holidays and adapted some Open Source documents
to the concept of Open Information, which could be actually a generalization of the
